Technology changes the work. Leadership must deepen what remains distinctly human.

AI can increase speed and expand access to intelligence, but tools do not remove the need for judgment, responsibility and moral clarity.
The central leadership question is not simply where AI can be used. It is how people can use it without surrendering agency, weakening capability or confusing output with wisdom.
The strongest institutions will pair technological leverage with deeper human formation: critical thinking, discernment, creativity, collaboration and accountable decision-making.
